I've managed to get my access to the website straightened out, but now I'm really behind on updates ... so here is a single post with all the updates for the last week or so:
T6: Textbook p.242, Actividades 1 y 2
T7: Textbook p.243, Actividades 3 y 4

T9: “Una línea cronológica” (Based on p.236, Actividad 15)
For this assignment, create a timeline on an 8½” x 11” sheet of paper that shows 10 interesting or important events that have occurred in your life.
- When you label the events on the timeline, label them and/or draw a picture to identify them, but do not write a detailed description.
- In another spot on the page (or on the other side), you will write 10 complete sentences in Spanish describing how long it has been since each event occurred.
- HINT: Use the hace … que constructions from p.230. Make sure your verb is conjugated appropriately! If it is a completed event, use el pretérito; if it is still going on, use el presente. Ejemplos: Hace quince años que nací. Hace diez años que nos mudamos a Simi Valley. Hace tres años que me gusta la música de Sublime. Hace dos años que voy a la escuela SVHS.
- Here are some suggested verbs you may want to use to describe important events in your timeline: nacer, aprender, ir, recibir, conocer, mudarse, hacer, ser, comer, etc. See the book for additional examples.
