Mon. Oct 12:
*WEEK 7-A: TRF Week 7 Mon.
*WEEK 7-B: Homework - Grade Checkup Due Thurs., Oct. 15th
         • Go on Aeries and print out a report of your grades from all your classes.
         • Circle your lowest grade on the printout.
         • On the printout, write a SMART goal for improvement:
Specific: Vague goals are not good! Specify which class & exactly part of it what you will improve!
Measurable: Set a goal with a measurable outcome so you can tell when you have succeeded.
Action-oriented: You need to be able to act out specific, actual steps, not just "understand" or "get better at"
Realistic: Make sure you set a reasonable goal that is actually achievable, or you will get frustrated at the inability to succeed
Timed: Give yourself a deadline by which you must achieve the goal.

         • On the printout, below the SMART Goal, list the actions/steps you will take to achieve it.
         • On the printout below your goal, have your parents sign to show they know what your plan is.
         • Write the steps of your plan in your agenda book or calendar.
         • Write your goal somewhere you will see it daily (e.g., door of your bedroom, bathroom mirror, phone wallpaper)
